I think it depends on which online program/university you take. A lot of actual, respected universities are beginning to go online. An online master's from a legit school vs. Western New hampshire U or Phenoix, etc to me does not carry the same weight.

I'm pretty sure both of mine do. One is from LSU. Im going to have to dig it out now to check when I get home.
