Just no Hugo, there are more unfinished abandoned buildings than any other place I have been, the last change of government was the first peaceful one in it's history. and there is sectarian violence hourly.
Everywhere I went required multiple armed guards to avoid being kidnapped and a bribe to conduct anything from a hotel room to immigration clearance. It is the definition of a third world shithole.
That's not saying much I admit. Don't you just love these liberal morons who have never been places praising how great they are.
I wonder how great he'd think it was driving past the dead bodies in the street.

Nigeria is a disaster. It had the same government structure of the US but has been overthrown by military dictatorship four times since 1960. It's openly and abusively corrupt as over 80% of its annual GPD comes from the exportation of oil. A few years back, the country was actually losing money by overselling crude oil and having to import refined petroleum. Also, one of its largest industries in terms of growth is internet fraud.
