All the Germans/Austrians (some who had parents fighting for Germany in ww2) i ever met considered the Nazis to be a corrupt political party that overtook their country. Not proud of it at all and the subject made them uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Keep in mind very few people still living today were around in the 40's or at least werent of age to do anything significant against the nazis.

You ignored my question. Do you support flying the American flag even though it represented our country while we victimized groups of people.

I think Hitler gets a bad rap.

Watch The Greatest Story Never Told for a neutral perspective on him

He wasn't a perfect man but a lot of what is said about him in history books is false

he works in Seattle and went to the Journalism school at TCU. That's a start if someone wants to dig up his name. I wouldnt think twice about ruining his life.

What did I say that is a bannable offense? I rationally explained that the mistruths spread about the holocaust by survivors and eyewitnesses as well as historical inaccuracies cause me to take a critical view of the official holocaust narrative.

It's not like I came in here saying Heil Hitler 1488 gas the jews race war now.

I believe I addressed you in part by pointing out while Hitler may not have been guilty of EVERYTHING he was accused of, that he was an oppressive tyrant .

Generally speaking those are considered bad.

Calling all Germans during WW2 Nazis is like calling all Americans during Desert Storm Republicans. It's a political party, not a nationality. At least the Germans have enough sense to know that the Swastika represented that political party and the Imperial Eagle represented and still represents Germans.

we dont engage in dialogue with neo-nazis here. Nothing you say has any merit worth debating.

Oh, and next time, you may not want to admit that you look up this stuff and engage in supremacist chat rooms while at work. I'm sure your employer will love to learn about how you spend company time.

I stayed with a German family during part of my visit years ago. They had a picture of an uncle in his full SS regalia hanging on the wall. I asked them about the picture and they said they didn't agree with what happened but he was still our uncle, so they displayed the pic.
