none of what you saw pertains to dress code. its 2018. we are allowed to express ourselves through appearance. get used to it. it will only get worse

You responded to a tie comment. You said it helps with building character and self discipline. It doesn't. Not at all.

Every branch of the military, and the Air Force disagrees.

beggers can’t be choosers

Judging from OP's description, then can be cashiers, though.

They do mouth swabs. As long as you haven’t done anything in the past 24 hours or so, you pass.

Funny thing is, they catch more people with swabs, than they do with pee tests. People usually have it worked out to beat a piss test with a fake sample etc. They'd call them in for an interview, and pop them with a swab. The place I was at for 10 years, the success rate was laughably low.

while that's true, it might help the character of said employee to develop some self discipline and self respect by learning how to meet standards for being hired and maintain them post hire

publix has no tatoo etc policy

I'm all for it. But, Kroger is cheaper than Publix.

Interesting about Publix though. I'd love them to come to BR!

Some people don't care that they are in the Lord's house and should dress appropriately.
I remember as a teen some girls would wear dresses way too short for church. It was hard not to think unclean thoughts while hearing the sermon. Lol

It’s ok if you don’t respect yourself or the church but why even bother going?
