Black people keep the cocoa butter industry afloat with their dry hands, elbows, knees, and feet. Some get bad dandruff on their beard and head. Not many have acne, but some do. Those are usually the ones with dandruff and beardruff

White people get ashy too, just to a lesser degree. They just tend not to give a frick. Seen plenty of white guys with dried out elbows and heels.
