Do any of you own a stainless Cazo? (Carnitas Kettle)

Mexican grocery store on Florida has them on sale. And I want one. I just don't know what the hell I would do with it 
Just another pot to add to the collection I guess.
They have huge stainless ones for under 100 bucks.

Make carnitas and use Pati Jinich's recipe.
Pati's Carnitas
If you were to happen to have some left over dark beer, it's good too.
Carnitas with Mexican melting cheese and a green tomatillo sausa is excellent.
