I have no memory of this test when I was in school
If it keeps kids from being fat then so be it, although I feel like that has a lot more to do with diet and lifestyle choices than a PE test.

Welp, when the Obama administration tried to get people to eat healthy, both her and her husband were at least skinny.
The righties raised all hell about "keeping govt out of our food choices."
