I go 5 days (towels and cups). My wife thinks I am cave man for it.
I think she, like many germ o phobes, picks and chooses when the little germ voice in her head takes control.
Why? The little voice (so to speak) is more Social aspect > physical aspect. Ignores that life is Infested with germs—at airports, grocery stores, Amazon boxes, etc etc. But when it comes time to me taking a shower, clean, and repeat use of towel after shower—as if that, socially, is disgusting. Yet she is a walking petrie dish through life. Ignored.

Why drink it then lol. Not only does it taste awful, I don’t get the same caffeinated feeling from it. I usually end up in a worse mood after keurig coffee.
Its also more expensive than just buying whole beans. You pay extra for a shittier version of something. I get the comfort but id rather spend the extra 20 seconds per day for a massively superior product

Towels get re-used probably 3 times then swapped. Straight to washer machine
I have a 32oz yeti cup I use for water, including flavored water. I wash it every other day or so, but rinse it between uses.
Sheets get changed weekly.
Jeans can be worn twice if all I did was sit around in them. But I don't wear jeans much these days
Change underwear and socks every time I take them off.
