Didn’t realize how often my face itches till this shite happened

Every time I’m at the grocery store my fricking face itches like a SOB and I have to resist the urge to scratch it. Am I the only one this happens to?

Nah dude same here.
When i was a kid my dad used to hold my arms and tell me that my nose was itching. Would go nuts to scratch it. Amazing how psychology works

You can scratch your face.
You can not, however, wipe your eyes, pick your nose, or lick your corona fingers. Tough habit to break, but that's the only way it's contracted, outside of droplet inhalation or going through a break in your skin like a cut.
Resting your chin on your corona hands, scratching your cheek/forehead, etc... it's not transmitted through unbroken skin, only through the mucosa entry points of your face (eyes, nose, mouth).
So scratch away.
