Mitch is my all time favorite, for sure.

But his early stuff imo was better, because he was almost shy. Had his eyes closed, seemed nervous, etc. I think that helped the delivery.

One of my favorite movie lines is in one of the Marx brothers movies, can't remember which one it was.

Groucho is trying to talk some rich lady into marrying him and he says, "ah, I can see you now bending over a hot stove, but I can't see the stove.

Another Dangerfield one-

I got a real smart kid, I told him "one day you'll have kids of your own" and he said "so will you."

Well, they say there is a high correlation between intelligence and sense of humor. Sorry you don't get it.
