I live by the DNT and Bush off of Frankford and we've had pretty bad weather about three times this week.

Had an apartment on Vail about 6 years ago. Great location to zip around North DFW.

You Dallas people water your yard too much. Ever noticed the West Nile cases are centered around North Dallas? You Yankees are building a pipeline not far from my house to bring even more water from Lake Palestine, to breed Mosquitos and water the gutters.

I know exactly what pipeline you are referring to as I have property not far from it either. Pumping it into Cedar Creek to then join a 9 foot pipeline to take it to Fort Worth. It's owned by Tarrant Regional Water District

Know exactly where you are and using that pic could walk around and throw an egg at your sliding glass door.

I'll bring a dozen to throw at that building in Andalusion Gate. I'll hit your door then we can run over to Mi Cocina for a MTaxi.

It's brewing up again in the West Plano area now. Been building up for about an hour.

You most of forgot about the Dallas floods about three years ago right?

Trinity River was over her banks

Yeah, no shite. At least I'm able to go out and swim. That year sucked. This is just an isolated shower that lasts an hour and then it's done. Try going to Seattle sometime. The weather hasn't been that awful this summer, especially considering how mild of a winter we had and cool of a spring.

That part of town may as well be a bottomless pit as far as I'm concerned. Never have nor will I ever go there.

The weather this week has been bizarre for DFW. It feels almost tropical. Definitely not our usual weather pattern for the summer.

Got stuck in a random store in downtown McKinney yesterday with about 30 other people after a cell exploded over us and we were all discussing the unexpected weather this past week.

OT Meteorologists - can you explain?
