Wow. Great stat. Where'd you get it? I'd like to look deeper into the matter.

You don't have to look very deep in this case if you have an ounce of common sense.

All it takes is one idiot playing hero to shoot wildly killing innocent people. Let the cops handle it

A plained clothes citizen had the reaction time to consciously decided to shot the man in the arms and the legs?

Not even close, he emptied the magazine and only hit the guy 3 times. That's actually pretty terrible shooting.

If you shoot, you shoot for center of mass. Center of mass is usually a kill shot.

I like to refer to it as the,"spray and pray", tactic

I know I am just itching to give it a shot the next time thuggery is afoot.

I have a CCL and don't keep a round in the chamber. I am left handed, so I can chamber a round faster trying to taking the safety off. Thats why I carry a Ruger LCP with no safety.

This is dumb and makes no sense.

How many lives does it need to save in order to be valuable?

And, what if that 1 life was one of your family members?

That's my carry weapon as well.

That concealed license carrier needs to get to the range though. That's some poor shooting.

You don't have to pull in this situation, especially if you are not a great shot under high stress situations. If you pull, you better put the guy down or it'll turn into a terrible situation.

How do you know what kind of shot you'll be in a stressful situation until you are shooting in a stressful situation? He was more accurate than most cops

The bad gun turned around and pointed his gun at them. In most people's minds, that's a threat to their life. Of course you can wait to draw until you've already been shot at/shot if you'd like. I'm not willing to take that chance
