Oh for fricks sake. This isn't about emotion.

Good witness by the prosecution. Emotions should play well.

At some point, defense is going to have to ask someone to get on the ground with a person of the same weight as Chauvin to prove you can still breath (or not).
The hard part is getting the jury to look back on each and every action of Floyd knowing the amount of drugs and information the police didn't have about those.

How is this video helpful to the prosecutor? It clearly shows the crackhead resisting.

That's not really how a reasonableness standard works. It isn't what he or you would do, rather it is what an objectively reasonable person would do in the same situation and whether the action at issue is consistent with that.
That's where my "at the very least" caveat comes into play. I acknowledge the need for an objective standard (which I hope exists in Minnesota, and if it doesn't the state of Minnesota has an issue on their hands with police accountability).

Ultimately it’ll come down to how long the knee was on the neck. And what they think ended up killing him. I don’t think anyone questions him resisting.

These early ones are and will be many more. It is a winning card to play with little downside. T
The wrong characteristic phrasing but these can become lynch mobs of emotions.

EXACTLY.
Prosecutor to Witness: "How did you feel in that moment?"
Who cares? WHAT does that have to do with this case? The only reason I can figure the Defense isn't objecting is they don't want to look heartless and cold to the Jury.
The Judge should be stopping this without the Defense having to ask. It's irrelevant and prejudicial.

Anyone that just watched that video now know that he was saying he couldnt breathe while sitting back in car not being touched. He freaked out because he didnt want to go to jail again plus he had drugs on him and his blood pressure went through the roof. He was panicking which causes breathing issues and then mix in covid, sickle cell, heart disease, 11 ng of fentanyl and 19 nl of meth and death is the outcome. I'm sorry but watching the video from the beginning its almost ludicrous to think that Chauvin's knee killed him.

hat’s left out of your list of ailments is the knee on his neck. Are you suggesting that played zero role? Zero....?
It did not play enough of a roll to convict of 3rd degree murder

Not really. You can just google George floyd autopsy report and find the PDF. It’s one of the top links.

Would the use fentanyl and meth at the same time cause a shortness of breath?
Yes?
Ok....would that combo of the two drugs cause death to someone?
