They have to. They just got a 27 million dollar settlement. Regardless of their cultural tendencies to protect their own and kill whitey...they just got paid by a limp wristed city government hell bent on white knighting the frick out of this situation...while being completely destroyed, no matter what the verdict is.

I love that Nelsons dedicated microphone has a little mask on it...

"An experienced officer [faced with distractions] would attempt to lower the resistance level as best he could."

Umm, which is exactly what Chauvin did, no?

You can't understand why Floyd's family don't want to blame Floyd for his own death due to having a drug overdose? I'm not defending their actions in helping stoke the unrest and riots. I'm just saying I understand why they want to place the blame on a third party and not on Floyd himself.

I blame the city for handing out money like candy. It has the appearance of an apology so of course the family would be more than agreeable in their belief. But common sense, regardless of how you cut it, would indicate that not to be the case.

This is no different than Trayvon case where the family is fed a bunch of bullshite and they run with it.

Nelsom seems to have a little more pep in his step today. Theres so much psychology to being an attorney, I assume this is all part of the plan.

He walked the expert into saying there is inherent risk for police officers on every call. That was slick.

I think a big piece of testimony yesterday was the training guy saying if this was a proper neck restraint Floyd would have been unconscious within 10 seconds.

The “MMA Expert” also said that it would take 3-5 seconds. That flew over people’s heads.

His tone is a little more heightened, direct, sort of as if you are getting fussed at by a principal or teacher.

Hes talking these witnesses for a nice walk..

Nelson is going to be a very, in-demand defense attorney after Chauvin walks. I imagine his hourly fee is going to triple, if not more.

I never paid much attention to it when it happened( enough to know things were about to bust open in Minny) but was Chauvin the original officer sent or was he assisting other first sent officers?

I have not been to Minny for years and don't care if the shitehole burns down. They deserve what burning it down brings them.

Nope. He arrived and saw the other officers struggling with GF. As the senior officer, he took control of the scene.
