The HLN people were just freaking out at that last break really hating on the prosecution for allowing their witness to answer those questions and to now essentially become a witness for the defense. Just wait until it’s the defense’s turn to present their case/witnesses

I typically think of experts/expert witnesses to be good speakers. Meaning no um and uhs.
