The picture they are showing now shows the knee on the back and the pants leg bottom on the neck.

I wish Nelson would introduce Covid into the argument. We had to restrain the unmasked Mr. Floyd face down, with a neck restraint to ensure the bystanders safety due to possible covid droplets.

The police chief is a POS. He says he can tell from Floyd’s facial expression that it’s not light to moderate pressure on his neck. What a joke
In 2007 he, and other black police officers, sued the Minneapolis PD for racial discrimination in hiring and against the public.

The prosecution has 9 attorneys. None of which actually work for the DA’s office. They are all volunteers or hired guns.
I'm curious how this is allowed.
Can a state decide when and how many "volunteers" can be used to try one of its citizens?

Yep that testimony means nothing. Completely subjective.

Just admitted it was on the shoulder blade.

Knee was on the shoulder blade, not the neck
Boom!
Boom!

Lol, the prosecution is trying to spin it now, what a joke. Obviously the chief is buying in. I hope the officers see his actions on the stand and understand he will lie and throw them under the bus at the drop of a hat.

AMS will not be happy about this.

Didn't this police chief say he had reviewed all of the footage prior to calling it murder? If so, why did he say this is the first time he saw the knee on the neck?

In your infinite wisdom and with all the video available and the eyewitness testimony, could you specifically tell us FROM THE VIDEO exactly how long his knee was on his neck and how long it was on his back? Not still photos. From the video available.

Is hobble an acronym or actually called the hobble? If so, how is that considered max restraint if they can hobble?

If there is one honest juror in the jury, this trial is over.
