Unless he declares that he is incapable of being impartial or will disregard evidence that is presented (literally ignore it, not give it minimal weight) then it'll be tough to get him struck for cause. Those kind of jurors are the worst. Everyone in the room knows they're biased as shite but you can't get them to say the magic words.
