i was going off the only reporting on that subject matter, and i agree that i shouldn't fully believe their side of the story, but it's all we have at this point.
If it comes out that they dumped her on the side of Burbank, then yeah, i'd say they should get manslaughter, but based on what we have been told in the linked articles, that's not what happened.
And i can't imagine there isnt' a camera on the entrance of that neighborhood, so we should get those details at some point i would think.

The fact that at least 2 of them had clear recollection of the events when interviewed suggests that they were fully aware of what was going on. One was even explicit that she was VERY drunk.

so again, not pertaining to this situation that unfolded with this poor girl being raped and eventually dying, what happens when two really drunk people have drunk after bar sex? Is it only rape if the woman says she didn't really want to do that later that morning, or is it rape every single time as long as she was over the legal limit?

I read the full warrant. Was one of the first to do so. If we’re gonna speculate, why not speculate across the entire spectrum of possibilities.

There's a huge difference between legally drunk and the BAC that this gal had. She was more than likely almost unconscious and could not make a rational decision about anything.
