After thinking about the video of Madison speaking to the defendants/perpetrators, I’ve come to believe that video that the “attorneys” released was of her being sarcastic to and fussing at Carver for allowing her to be set-up to be raped. Carver allegedly offered her ride home because he was “concerned” - which she probably assumed (incorrectly obviously) was an honest offer from a young man to bring her home safe, which he did not do. Once they were all in the car, I imagine that the 2 young men in the rear seat with Madison (which probably had child protection locks) gave her an offer she could not refuse (there were 4 of them and 1 of her) which probably was phrased like: “THIS (i.e. You’re getting fricked) is happening no matter what you do or say…We can do it the easy way,OR, we can do this hard way.” How do you want your rape/sodomizng to happen? It is during this request for “consent” (that took more than one time to get her alleged consent) that she probably went off on the hooded white weasel in the front seat, which was recorded by the perps. They probably brought her somewhere dark & secluded (scarier than where she got ditched & killed) and said if you don’t want to do it the easy way, you can get out here, or you can cooperate & we’ll go easy on you. She probably made “the decision/choice” to save her own life and do what they asked (which they were gonna do anyway) in hopes of just getting fricked in the butt rather than fighting/resisting them and getting hurt worse or murdered. If you were a young drunk coddled female from SSA in toney Covington and alone with 4 athletic and sober young gentlemen, and maybe a victim of someone putting THC drops in your drinks, would you think Carver would do what he did rather than bring you home as he said he would do? Instead of bringing her home safe in his mom’s Camry, as Carver supposedly said to her, he drove off her in a locked backseat to be fricked up the butt against her will by his “2 friends within minutes of their leaving the bar at closing time. She probably told him “What? You don’t want your rapist friends’ sloppy seconds? You must be gay!”l

You completely made all of that up, not one shred of evidence to support that version. So strange to weave such a fabricated novel and share it.

I know actual victims of rape and they basically told me that their rapists pretty much said those exact words…..”This is happening, whether you scream & fight me or not, so you might as well stop resisting if you want to exit this date without injuries…”
This is why a lot of date rapes don’t get reported, because the female willingly went on a “date” with a guy and then non-consensual sex happened that the female victim knows is unprovable in court. The victim knows she’ll be asked “Why did you go on a date with him? Why did you let him?” No one that’s gone through such an awful dilemma and trauma wants to explain it to some guy cop who probably thinks “She wanted it.” And, they probably don’t want to go through the indignities of a rape kit/exam, which is pretty much like be raped again to prove a date rape happened.

This case has brought out some strange first time posters.
There have been some terrible takes in this thread, but this may top them all.

I think that males have little to no idea of how much females are afraid of/intimidated by them on a daily basis.

Yes, I did. I was trying to figure out why she’d fuss at Carver (who had his hood covering up his identity for the video) and have the whole “Get out!” exchange.

This is probably because 99% of the posts have been from a male’s perspective…. The few times a female, who was actually raped commented, her thoughts/comments were ridiculed by male posters or were summarily dismissed by the majority male posters on this board who have probably never been in an awkward position - much less the victim of being raped in a car with 4 guys all stronger than him.

Do you ever wonder why boys don’t report being molested? It is likely because they’re embarrassed by the whole thing, and because the boy is confused by how someone so seemingly “nice” prior to the molestation, turned so awful so quick. The boy is caught off guard and may go along with it because, what’s the alternative at that point in time when the boy is with a grown arse man that could physically hurt him if he doesn’t go along with the crime happening? Then, who’s he supposed to tell? Will that person blame him or ask why didn’t you tell me sooner that Priest Diddly was doing this?
That’s the kind of thoughts females (who are generally smaller and physically weaker than males) probably have when a date starts to turn into a date rape with some guy that was super nice 5 minutes beforehand….
Why did it take a year for the 12 year old girl to write in a diary that Kaivon Washington had raped her? She then left the diary open on her bed in hopes her mom would find it & do something to help her? What experience did that girl victim go through when her mother finally reported Kaivon to Livingston Parish’s law enforcement authorities? Would any of those experiences encourage females to report being raped by Kaivon Washington? She probably had to see him and his friends in school every day with them all knowing that Kaivon took her against her will and the cops did nothing until some white sorority girl got inadvertently ditched and run over.

You are projecting. This is the most ridiculous thing I've read in a long time.
I don't need to be a woman to know this is complete nonsense

Thats news to me....I thought the affidavit said she asked them for a ride and the video shows her running after them leaving the bar.

They parked a few hundred yards from the bar. Not the best area but a 90 second walk back to the bar.

I've got two ex wives and a gf of 12 yrs now. I have 3 daughters from 13-20 yrs old.
I'm pretty certain not a single one of these females in my life, including ex 1 who hates me, has ever expressed this bullshite 'victim' sentiment.
What happened to you?

Have you ever asked any of these females in your life? If you did, do you honestly think they’d tell you what happened to them? The 12 year old that Kaivon allegedly raped didn’t tell anyone for over a year & then only wrote it in a diary and asked her mother to read it when the victim wasn’t around, because the 12 year old was unable to say the words about her rape to her own mom…. Believe what you want if it makes it easier for you. If that 12 year old was really raped by KW for an hour before being told to “check yourself,” by him, why didn’t she call 911 right then and report it to the cops so that a rape kit could be done and witnesses could be timely interviewed? There must be something wrong with that 12 year old girl….. That’s sarcasm, by the way. Perhaps, real victims, like Jody Plauche & Liz, could share their experiences in reporting and discussing their unpleasant experiences with others and family members, so we understand, or can imagine what it is like to talk about such traumatic things. I imagine, if they have PTSD from the experience, that they don’t talk or speak about it often to anyone. If those persons are mocked on here, why would they share anything with you people? If Madison had not been killed shortly after her forced sodomization in the back seat on Jennifer Jean, I imagine she might’ve told a close friend or sorority sister & NO ONE ELSE, because she wouldn’t want to have to read the crap written about her by people on this message board & in comments on social media & she wouldn’t want to have to get up in front of a cop, much less 12 jurors & a packed court room, and justify her actions prior to her being fricked in the arse against her wishes.
