To be fair, the police in the OJ trial made lots of mistakes.

True.

The affidavit here (aside from the principal/principle typo) was well done.

But it's the video - all of it - that'll open eyes of the grand jury to enhanced charges.

The list of resources was accurate.

List of key questions to which we don't yet have answers?

1. Did Madison have her phone? One local (bar owner?) said she did not.

2. Where was Madison dropped off precisely?

3. At what time what she dropped off? And how soon was it after the rapes took place?

Other key questions?

Many of them are saying how common is for college girls to go on a wild bender one night and have guys run a train on them

As I said in a previous post, keep the incident the same with all the known evidence the same except make this an attractive black sorority girl who was raped by 2 redneck white guys in the back of a car and then subsequently killed by a car when they left her on the side of the road, their reaction would be the polar opposite.

They would want the white guys to do decades in prison. They would talk about how white men have been raping black women since slavery and how it continues to this day in 2023. To hear them tell it, you would think that after white guys get off work, they assemble into rape gangs and go hunting for black women, drunk or otherwise, to rape and leave on the side of the road.

Oh and the cops know all about this, but they refuse to do anything because no one cares about black women.

And I say this as a black man myself. Hate to say it, but there is a pretty good minority of black people that think black people should be able to get away with violent crimes against whites because they believe that whites are always victimizing black people and getting away with it because the law looks the other way.

Once the DNA evidence comes back (if it hasn't already), they will be able to tell which one or possibly if both did it.

I was listening to someone who is an expert on sexual assault injuries and he said that there are ways to tell the difference between rough sex and sexual assault. He said that one way you can tell would be from the angle of penetration. The coroner noted injuries consistent with sexual assault, not rough sex. That will be a big factor.

Do you think they moved Washington for his safety?

He started out in Livingston jail but... now not on their inmate list.

Prisoners - whatever they're in for - look down on child rapist (victim was 12). Call them 'short eyes' among other things. May have moved him to some distant parish.

Here's the jail listing when he first went in for the second offense:

Full name: WASHINGTON, KAIVON ; Inmate ID: 1900029748 ; Date Of Birth: 08/02/2004 ; Race / Gender: B / M ; Booking Date: 2023-01-27

No word on his third offense yet.

Here is the local story explaining how rare rape charges are:

Says the fact there are charges shows there is strong evidence.

There are a lot of questions but the public will not always be informed or shown.

We already heard about someone off the record stating that she left her phone at Reggies. We still don`t know if that is proven fact or not.

Surly by now there is plenty more info that has not been released to the public.

What about her purse? It sure looks like a long strap type purse can be seen on her on the crossing the road footage.

I was keeping up with this thread until a couple days ago, when it became clear that nothing new was going to happen for a while and the same posters would just keep rehashing the same points and sentences over and over again, page after page...

So has the last couple days been more of the same, or has something new actually come out?

Madison was buried. Someone offered to post the documents from the funeral but didn't. There's a memorial service for her the 15th.

I would say nothing new / rehashing, though Judge Holden raised a point about the two in the front seat being charged as 'principals" was unusual.

Washington was arrested for the First Degree rape charge and booked into Livingston Parish jail but is not on their roster. So he's been moved to another parish, likely for his safety. Not sure if there was an 'incident' in LP leading to the transfer but not uncommon given the charges.

Could he have bonded out?

Correct. I'm a 6 foot tall 190 pound man. If I were at that bar and very drunk, do you think they would have been good Samaritans and said "let's make sure this brother gets home safely"? And helped me to the car?

Of course not. They likely would have helped themselves to my wallet and left me at the bar. They one hundred percent offered her a ride hoping that they could have sex with her. They weren't trying to be good Samaritans looking out for a stranger. And if she had been lucid enough to refuse sex, I suspect they would have put her out on the side of the road anyway.

That's EXACTLY what I believed happened. If she coherently said "yes" after the first time or 2, why ask her 3 or 4 more times?

Nah, Washington is still in LPSO jail.

I don't believe a bond had been set but given the victims age that and the other possible new case will be under seal. It's possible but the cost is adding up. Bond likely higher than the EBR rape case.

Dude, give it a rest. You are misleading people. Washington is held on a $250k bond in Livingston Parish. Take a break, absorb some facts.

Sometimes, its as simple as a google search.

Did you look at their website? He's not listed as an inmate.

Or do you have 'insider info'?

Thanks for filling us in with your scoop.

I literally gave you the link to the inmate list and you are going to ask me that ridiculous question.

Haven't you embarrassed yourself enough in the thread?

Can an admin save the thread from this guy?
