The only acceptable plea deal would be allowing every father to get a baseball bat and 5 minutes with him, followed by life in prison (if there was life left)

LA 14:42

Plea deal? I’d assume for giving more information?

Sure. Instead of a painful public hanging, you’ll just get a quick bullet to the head. Only if your information turns out to be true and leads to more discovery.

That's an unenforceable law that is unconstitutional. After the supreme Court said that you can't execute people for raping children, the legislature just never removed the law.

Unfortunately, the US Supreme Court ruled this law unconstitutional in Kennedy v. Louisiana. They said there had to be a person killed to merit capital punishment. Personally, I disagree. I liked LA 14:42.
