When the majority of a demographic has been raised to believe that police are evil and just out to get them, then the police will always fail in their eyes

Maybe if it wasn't in an area where gunshots are as common as hearing birds chirping, she would still be alive today.

45 minute response time in BR traffic is pretty impressive. I don't see a problem here.

They had a car in service probably alittle after 7:45pm.
At night these guys are going into a bad part of town trying to figure out if someone got shot and trying to find out where the shits came from.
They may have made it to the area in 5 minutes to 15 minutes.
Rest of the time was checking the area.
Depending on where the car with the person killed was found, I cannot say anything bad about the response.
