I'm poor, hate flying, and don't drink. Do I have to care about this?

Do people actually pay to go on those places? And if they paid $39, they will pay $50

Isn't it mainly corporate offices that are picking up these tabs anyway?

About time.
Place was starting to look like the employee swim scene in Caddyshack.

You used to be able to get in as Medallion member or having the Delta Amex or Amex platinum.

Sounds like I will need to drink one more to cover the extra $11.

Is my Platinum Delta Amex still getting me in or not?

Yeah as long as you’re on a Delta flight operated flight but not one of their code share partners.

The lounge at Washington National wasn’t marked, right next to the gate for Atlanta departures-and a Red Jacket would let you in if you asked. A self serve bar. You heard me right. Always had time for a couple.
One day there were storms moving thru Atlanta and they held the flight. Myself and about eight or nine other guys went to check in and when the agent saw what was going on told us to stay in the room and they would come get us - we would be the last to board for obvious reasons. There were a slew of middle schoolers heading back to Mississippi after touring the Capitol. A member of the flight crew came and got
us. Most of the guys were carrying their shoes when we boarded. We drew a lot of attention.

Not really. I have the Delta Amex card, but I also have access to other lounges that are better.

I would only pay to go on one if they had an outside seating. I think the one in the ATL international seating has an outside seating area.
