Or, do you mean the less than 400 probationary workers that were termed out of the 45,000 total employees in the FAA which did not include any air traffic controllers or critical safety personnel?

If you listen to the ATC the pilot on the radio was a dude so at least one male was in the cockpit.

Normally, the person talking on the radio is the PM (pilot monitoring) and the other is the PF (pilot flying).
So, it would seem that the female pilot was at the controls.
Take this with a grain of salt, not verified yet. Just a forum with Endeavor pilots.

The fact this airline goes out of their way to have all female flight crews and then brag about it on social media tells you all you need to know about their priorities.
Their webpage is just as comical, every other picture is black, female pilots.
This crash may or may not be DEI related, but when you virtue signal this hard you are inviting all the criticism in the world when you have an accident because you've basically all but said that merit isn't your only concern.
