Couple questions
1. Where do you want him to put it?
2. Are you trying to force him to sale it?
3. Are you wanting him to park it in the driveway and the other 2 vehicles on the street?
I honestly agree with you but I really don’t know what advice to give you. I guess you could just call a tow truck, but that might cause more issues than it fixes.

I fricking hate it when there are cars parked in front of my house. I get it if there is a party or something but if someone permanently parked their car in front of my house I’m doing whatever it takes to remove it.

Even after the delete I can almost picture this scenario. My neighbor across the street had a van that didn’t run in front of his house for years. Eye sore.
