Agree but I’ve always had both. All of my cats are and have been outdoor cat which makes a difference. I don’t think I could have an indoor cat although I have for the first time in my life an indoor dog.
I had a one eyed dog and a one eyed cat that slept together and every morning when I left for work I said “y’all keep an eye on each other.” And my wife thought it wasn’t funny.
OP pretty dog. I love an active outdoor dog and until a couple years ago had hunting labs. Man that is fun.

I think I paid $50 to get a DNA kit done on my pup. It was actually pretty cool. They sent the results via email and it had a family tree (in pictures) showing parents, grandparents, etc.
