Start taking mud baths, at least once a day, twice if possible.
It doesn't have any particular health benefits, not for relaxation either. You're just getting yourself used to the feeling of being under dirt.

I already had a sport touring motorcycle so I took a road trip. BIG trip. It was supposed to be a group trip but everyone backed out. Took a tent and sleeping bag. Headed out west. 6500 miles in 13 days and camped almost every night. It was incredible! The planning a year in advance was fun as well. That was 10 years ago.
A few years later my middle child and I got scuba certified. We went on a few week long dive trips plus I would dive when the wife and I went on our annual cruise. It was a lot of fun and something I could share with family.
Now I fish regularly and trying to get my youngest son interested. My youngest daughter is a racehorse fan and we go to the Arkansas derby every year and talk horses all the time.
I’m 61 now, and there’s always something to do if you look.

If I can get him that job at Atalco this won't be a problem.

Right now, my hobby is spending spare time with my 85-year-old parents. Looking ahead and into retirement, I seriously consider joining Samaritan's Purse projects.
Same job for 30 years, but I like what I do, and I like my coworkers and business partners.

Taking some online classes towards another degree?
I would say this BUT I think you need to develop more interests first. Find yourself 2-3 subjects that really interest you. Cigars hiking camping, cooking, gardening, idk there’s a ton of hobbies. Those are just some of mine. You could try brewing, maybe getting some small farm animals to take care of
