Does it work? Has anyone you know used it? I'm considering taking a chance with the program. Asking for myself not a friend.

From what I've seen it does work. Crippled up ex-wrestlers able to regain their everyday physical abilities again. Scott Hall and Jake Roberts as examples. You got some back problems or something else physical going on?

Loosening your hips and shoulders up no matter who you train under is always gonna help.

Most men have insanely tight hamstrings because they never work on them. Just stretching hamstrings for a couple months will make your lower back and hips feel tons better

I swear by it. Seems to work, but it can’t undo the nerve damage in my quads.

Physically can move just overweight and back to drinking after months of sobriety
