If Camp Shelby is like a lot of other big military reservations, it's nearly impossible to seal off. Lots of roads in and out, and lots of civilians with a legitimate reason to be on the post.

Not sure where this day 2 thing happened but yesterdays shots were fired from a public road off-base. It did not happen on Camp Shelby itself.
