How people with this kind of record aren’t locked under the jail is crazy. He’s proven multiple times he’s incapable of being a productive member of society. Clown world

Because nobody gets real prison time. The “everyone is going to prison for a gram of weed” narrative is complete bullshite. Violent criminals with dozens of arrests are walking next to you in Walmart. They’re ticking time bombs that will strike again and the judges will once again let them roam free.

Every time you see someone on here go “BRPD is too busy arresting people for a gram of weed,” you can safely assume they’re an idiot who has no clue the realities of the legal system. That doesn’t happen. Nobody is getting prison time. We need to build more prisons and put more people in them.

I’m sure he was very Sorros for his crimes, and was just Biden his time until he could catch a Barack and get a high paying infrastructure job.

Wilder was the initial aggressor in this case as he concealed his weapon until he exited the vehicle and immediately began firing on Deputies in an attempt to take their lives and avoid arrest as he was wanted on several warrants.

I want to know more about these warrants. There is a decent chance he was out on bond and missed a court date.

Besides the lack of prosecution, and the lack of actual punishment in sentencing, we are dealing with a broken bond system that has recently decided to release everybody, regardless of their violent history and history of failing to appear in court.

If he’s out on bond, that bonding judge should face sharp criticism.

Judges need to be held responsible and higher accountability for when POS like this are out on bond and continue to break the law. We need to build more prisons. This guy should have never seen the light of day a long time ago.
