Multiple weedeaters and mowers going.

Just wondering what you would do as far as mowing your yard if you knew your neighbor just got off his night shift at seven a.m. and came home and went to bed. Would you be nice enough to wait until he gets up from his sleep or would you go ahead and mow your yard at your convenience?

Put a bunch of boulders on the grass. That'll get your message across.

My neighbor used to do that crap to me. He used to cut his yard three ties a week. Had a talk with him and he stopped doing that crap.

I'd make sure I owned a mower with headlights and cut my lawn in the middle of the night like a meth head. Screw the other neighbors.

I had to go buy a small window unit to drown out the noise of the neighbors.

Something tells me this was probably the first time this has ever happened. I'm sure the lawn service is just playing catch up due to all the bad weather and got an early start so they could finish up early and salvage at least half a day off before starting back up first thing tomorrow. I wonder if the OP manned up and went and talked to them or got a number to call the owner to discuss it? I'm sure not, just got on here to complain.

One thing worse than post sunup mowers is pre sunup garbage trucks emptying those damn dumpsters and banging those lids. Most of the lids are now plastic but they still make a pretty good racket when being dumped.

i dont see how some of you live that close to people. If my neighbor mows i would have to get in my vehicle and drive down the road to hear it! I would go crazy living that close to people and dealing with their crap. I like to walk on my front porch and piss with no worries

Some people are too sensitive. Live together or die alone.

Check noise ordinances where you live. That is illegal round these parts

If you're not tired enough to sleep through some lawn equipment, you don't need to be sleeping. If it pisses you off, that's ok. Just suck it up, say oh well, and move on.

A lot of a-hole neighbors in this thread. It would suck if your house caught on fire when you were out of town but no neighbor bothered to call 911 because you were too much of an a-hole to wait for a reasonable hour to mow your lawn on the weekend.

The best neighbor is the one you don't know exists because they are very quiet and don't bother you.
