Customer coughs and spits on Walmart employee

It’s more than that. If that employee dies as a result of contracting Covid for instance, and that customer had it, it could be grounds for negligent homicide at best, and 2nd degree murder even. I don’t know, but it seems plausible to me. If you could prove it, I think there may be grounds for it.
