Custom Outdoor Building

Possibly better for outdoor board but I am looking for someone in Ascension to build a slightly custom shell for a 12x30 outdoor building. I have seen the ones for sale on lots but want modifications. Frankly service at those places suck and would rather give a few extra bucks to a baw needing bigger truck nuts or an individual willing to do better work than the Azteca Stadium ground crew.

I had a 12X24 built on-site a few years back for about 3,000. It was a guy from Houston who was advertising on Craigslist. He came over with his wife (his normal helper was sick that week) pulling a trailer with the materials. Got here to BAr around noon one day and was totally done and cleaned up about 2 pm the following day. Check out Craigslist. You might find a good deal.

Thanks. Let me know if easier to email it. The frame and shite is standard but we mainly want a higher roof pitch and cathedral ceilings since it will be an office.

Anybody else by chance take one of the portable sheds and get it customized or build a raised portable shed? Don’t need much custom work so no clue which route would be easier/cheaper.
