Personally, I enjoy diversity. Now, I also believe in assimilating to our way of life in the US, which is honestly among the most tolerant societies in history. You can come here and practice whatever religion you want, but you follow the laws of this country. You can come here and speak whatever language you want at home, but don't expect concessions in schools to teach kids in any other language (foreign language electives excluded). I think those are pretty reasonable terms.
