Good find nurse. NCL has original only, so looks like he may be in luck. I'd definitely give it a shot.

This is why adults should grow up and get a passport.

If you are visiting another country, I think you need a passport now.

I'd still try it. Norwegian was the line that let my wife and I use faxed copies a few years ago. They will make you squirm a while, but I bet they let you go.

If you make it onto this cruise, go get a passport when you get back. Every adult should have one.

Why don't you call Norwegian? Or call a travel agent?

Pack some warm clothes too. Last year at this time it was freezing at the ports.

Might be an issue if you have an emergency and need to fly home.

I think they have already flagged our account. We've called twice.

You'd be surprised what they allow if you are nice, and speak to the right person. My passport was lost/taken in Roatan. It was closed loop so they don't require it to get on & off boat only your cruise card. I gambled on getting back into the US with no ID. At customs I explained the dilemma to agent. Little known fact a US resident cannot be denied access to the United States whether you have proper ID at the time of entry, or not. They checked saw my name in system and waved me through. This was last August by the way.

No really, we have a boat boarding time between 10-10:30, we should be early enough to beat most of it

I have a copy of my BC. I'm having a Judge notarize it with an True Copy Stamp. And sign it.

That's the best I can do.
