As someone who trained and coached CrossFit, it’s fricking dumb. Just throw 160$ out the window each month, take handstand pics, and start saying shite like “wod” and “box” in daily conversation. You’ll save yourself a lot of time

The problem with cross fit is that the form is usually terrible, which can lead to injuries.

If you are just starting out you should consider a simple routine of compound exercises for the entire body.... Squat, deadlift, bench, rows, overhead press and pull ups. You can throw in some ab stuff as well of you like.

Focus on perfecting your form in each exercise more than adding weight.
