Baton Rouge drivers. 
The drivers who fly up behind you as you have to come to a stop- and then switch lanes at the last second. Many times there's another dip$hit trailing them who may or may not check up in time....

People who don’t speed up on the get on ramp . They just drive slow and then get and and then speed up .........mash on it then worry about getting on , take the shoulder a little bit if you need to ??

People who don't know how to make a left turn in the median turn lane on a divided highway.
That, and the general lack of knowledge regarding right of way. That is like basic shite you have to know to get your license. Yet...nobody seems to remember it once they start driving.
