Thinking I am finally going to ditch Cox. Their prices have shot through the roof recently and their customer service has gone way down.
Only option I have is ATT 50 for right now. Is it worth it?

If you're leaving Cox due to customer service, ATT certainly isn't the answer.

I have ATT but for internet only, no cable or anything like that. I haven't had any problems since I switched from Cox who I switched from because their prices were going way up and I got tired of having to threaten to leave every year just for them to give me back my original price back. frick them.

I just had to call Cox. Jacked my bill up two months in a row. They kindly put me back to where I was at before with the same service and told me it would be guaranteed for 2 years. Didn’t think it would be quite that easy but I guess it’s all in who you deal with.

My new house only has access to att 25. Not happy that I have to go back to Cox gigablast and pay extra for unlimited.

We use Cox at our office and it is as unreliable as any of them. If we had another option that would make a difference we would've switched months ago.
