re: COX cable has the worst customer service

They're all garbage. I worked for Cox as a Tech in the 90s for three years. It's all about the bottom line. They rape people and don't put any money back into their infrastructure leaving customer service reps helpless to actually help people. Back then they used the at home network backbone and they tried to raise their margins on Cox and Cox said frick you will make our own. It was pure chaos for a whole year. I quit that job without any notice I couldn't take it anymore.
