Wasn’t there a conservative politician (or maybe a radio host, judge, something like that) of some sort in Louisiana, bigger guy, who died of covid and he made a similar post about it? Anyone have an idea of what I’m talking about?

It’s automated. The google algorithm picks up that there are a bunch of reviews in a short amount of time (over only a few minutes or days) and quarantines them.
