I agree but as long as this(below) is living memory, it is kind of a hard argument to make.

Why do you hate freedom?

So if 24 hr tow driver made $32,000 annually I'm sure people would be chomping at the opportunity for that market cap.
You're speculating. Different owners run their businesses differently. What is this $32,000 net profit person doing to advertise their business? What relationships does he have within the community? What is this person doing to manage their expenses? Does this business owner know their numbers? Because if he doesn't, he doesn't know his business.
Too many factors to have a reasonable conversation with you.

Except in small town America where this might actually be literally impossible. I lived for a time in a place where one gas station and one restaurant was in a 45 mile radius. If I were denied service for being a straight white male then I'd have to make a near 1.5 hr drive to just to get gas.
Again, no one is preventing another person from starting a replicate type of business and doing it better than what is currently in existence.

A Walmart in Louisiana refused to bake a guy a cake with a Confederate flag on it. How is this any different?
BTW..he went back later and asked them to bake an Isis cake and they did it.

I'm pretty certain the current case in front of the Supreme Court is going to go against the Colorado baker. They've already decided you cannot discriminate against customers based on race, sex, etc., so I see no reason to believe they'll allow it for gay marriage.

Morons should have made the cake and made some money. Their money is green

They're certainly not interested in letting that memory die.

I love how we compare a time with govt law forced segregation. I repeat, govt forced businesses to have separate services. Comparing that time to this ruling is absurd and the complete opposite of freedom.

Lousiana high schools weren't integrated untill the late 60s, grandparents are still telling the grandchildren about how whitey wouldn't let shite in the same bathroom. I can forgive some level of untrust in that aspect.

They could refuse and you'd lose. People don't seem to understand how these civil rights cases work.
If the gay couple asked the bakery to make a cake that said "Bless this marriage", they'd probably lose. That's a free speech issue. If you ask the bakery to make a plain cake, and he denies because you're gay, you'll probably win.
Alternatively, if you ask them to make a Trump cake or an Obama cake, and they declined, what civil right has been infringed? How do you prove discrimination?

Another gayk case? Is this the same gayk case that somehow made it up to the SCOTUS ?
