I had the cops pull up on me late night weekends in the parking lot of the Highland Rd Park on highland behind the neighborhood Village St George back in my high school days. Glad the police simply told you to get dressed and leave back then without the needless arrests.

It appears that the officer was trying to do something like this but they wouldn't stop fricking long enough for him to issue a warning.

I'll bet you right now that if this couple would have simply got dressed and left, they would not have been charged with a crime.
Back when I was in high school , a senior, I had a sophomore girl in my car with me, she was 16. We got caught by a cop. He got me out of the car, took me to the back and I thought I was going to jail for sure. He simply told me "son she's 16, in the future I'd suggest you not do anything with her that you wouldn't do while parked in her dad's driveway" and let us go.
But I mean I didn't refuse to stop fricking her or anything.
