The vast majority of people who can solve this were taught the tools.

If someone doesn't remember the tools, they could have a 160 IQ and would still fail.

It's just do you remember some of the tools.

The people who figured this out worked backwards from known answers, then developed the mathematical tools.

Those tools were then taught.
