Yeah I could do it if we're talking about fasting and staying at home the whole time. Now if I had to work and fast I'd be a dead baw by day 3

I fasted 14 days with coffee, water, 6 oz OJ and 6 oz of protein drink.

So for something that big, of course.

I dont think anyone really thinks fasting is dangerous. Heck Jesus did it for periods of time, so most Christians have done it at some point.

The thing is that nothing points to it doing anything the cure* cancers, diseases, and/or virus'. I skimmed your report, and nothing truly stuck out as saying how it will. I get diabetes, but other things.

If it did cure, or at minimum helped, cancers and/or STDs like herps or hpv, then they'll be more than a bunch of snake oil sounding salesmen on the internets. And the whole drug companies keeping it down isnt a good reason in today's media environment.

I will say I was expecting your snake juice to have food grade hydrogen peroxide in it as apparently that is another ingredient in the whole "cure all" list on the internet. Then there's the apple cider vinegar. Maybe a mix of it all that wont kill you or rot your teeth can be created.

*"preventing" is not "curing"

Nobody is saying that but you and the hypothetical in the OP. But isn't prevention better than curing anyway so if it can play even a part in prevention then why wouldn't you do it?

Many people think it's dangerous. For a very, very small number of people it probably is. But for most everyone else it is safe.

I wouldn't just jump into a long-term fast the first time out. If you can do two days, you can do five, if you can do five, you can do a week. Plus, as you do more, your body gets adapted to fat burning, which means you will still be burning fat without fasting, just a long as you stay away for the carbohydrates.

And yes, fasting is nothing new. It is done for religious reasons. It's done if you don't have any food to eat. Our bodies knows what to do if we don't have any food. The body isn't stupid.

If a dog is sick, it lies down and doesn't eat. It's body goes into a healing state.

Cure is a strong word. But fasting can get your body to a healthy state that allows your body to heal itself. I mean we all have cancer cells in our bodies, but we don't say we have cancer. Fasting is a strong tool to keep the number of cancer cells in check.

Fasting is just one tool. Avoiding sugars in the diet, avoiding stress and lowering inflammation in the body are some other big ones.

Getting to a healthy weight (fasting is the fastest way), eating a low carb diet, moderate exercise, eating healthy and taking a few supplements, such as trace minerals and vitamin C, will go a long way and solve a lot of health problems for a lot of people.

Nope. No H2O2. Some people put borax in it. All it is is salt water. It's pretty much like a saline IV you would get at the hospital. It just provides you with maintenance amounts of electrolytes. You can certainly use plain water, but if you work out or sweat a lot, then you definitely want to go with snake juice. I once got light headed while fasting. I was working out and sweating, but using water only.
