Could you be with a butterface? ETA: Butterface Pics

I dated a girl in college who had a smoking hot bod but was suffered from terrible acne and they left scars. Her scars were healed but she had noticeable scarring. Otherwise this girl would have been an OT 10. I dated her for several months and moved out of the area and we lost touch. Could you be with someone like that?
