Juggernaut isn't a normal human, though. He's completely immune to all types of physical force, and even reached near cosmic-level a couple of times. At one point he was reduced to his skeleton and still kept going. You can't kill Juggernaut, just move him somewhere else.

Why y'all keep thinking this is the DBZ universe? Who in their right mind would let them fuse? Hell, what idiot would let them charge up?

Yes they can. Vegeta, and Goku's father Bardock have both been shown breathing and fighting in space
