Porsche would be the only make I'd put money on. The aventador definitely has cooling problems running hard over an extended period. An FXX K would probably be the only Ferrari I'd trust.

And to the OP, could they complete the race? No not if there are 39 Nascar cars out there with them.

Let's go back to the OP...
The answer is no. The number of pit stops for tires and fuel and the duration of these stops while the field of cars on the track is advancing would leave the car laps down when the checkered flag drops.
So no, it would not complete a 500 mile nascar oval race. The race is over when the checkered flag drops. Since there are no trophies for losers in real life, they don't let everyone else complete the race for participation points.
Carbon fiber and belly pans and turbos and vectoring traction control do not help here.
Engineering for supercar performance is different than engineering to sustain 9000+ rpm for 3+ hours straight and going straight or turning left. Chevy and Ford racing have thrown out more powertrain engineering that nascar disallowed than you could even imagine. They do not run 350's with holleys on top of them.
All you "nascar is trashy" folks who think that because a supercar costs x dollars or because anything imported especially if it is expensive is better need to hang it up.
Fuel tanks are smaller
Tires are not adequate
Tires do not change very quickly
By this alone the answer is no.
Forget about will the engine stay together, or the turbos or the transmission.

They mostly ran Holley carbs until the 2012 season, now use electronic fuel injection also made by Holley. Maximum displacement allowed is 358cuin/5.8L, so a 350 is pretty much what they run. NASCAR rules dictate only two valves per cylinder, no overhead cams, no turbos or superchargers, block must be made of iron. A typical NASCAR engine shares more engineering with the engines in school buses than that of the supercars. They are designed to sustain the designed horsepower for one race, in this case 500 plus 1 miles, after that few parts of the engine are used again, so not quite a fair comparison to street legal supercars designed to drive 100K+ miles.

So wait, are you or aren't you saying these school bus engines are basic 4.00" x 3.48" blocks with 23° head castings? Because it sounds like you are, but they're not. I think you might know that you can't really say much about an engine by stating its displacement. To your point, remember corvettes run pushrod engines.
It's all perfectly OK though. This would be like taking your best two or three sport thoroughbred athlete and expecting him to finish a marathon on a mile long course within few minutes or so of the leader.

My Tundra could complete a 500 mile race. the engine is the size of a NASCAR engine and it’s a reliable truck.
