Their cashiers are literally shielded by a corridor of plastic. They have gone insane in keeping their employees safe.

That doesn't change that it was probably requested by lots of them and the company listened to them.

So businesses will now refuse service to those with medical conditions? Yeh, that won’t backfire on them...

I wouldn't be surprised; not a lot would surprise me about all of this after the last month.

Maybe, but I also could see them refusing to let in a young person without a mask who just says they have a medical condition

No, your position is that of someone who thinks it's somehow an egregious violation of your civil liberties to be made to do something that's meant to help protect people. You don't care about people's health. This isn't even about wearing a mask or not. It's simply about the fact that your fragile ego can't handle that you're being told to do something by someone else. If they required you to not wear a mask you'd say you wanted to wear a mask. You're the same type of person who screams "UNCONSTITUTIONAL" or "ILLEGAL" anytime the government requires you to do anything that you don't like.

Exactly, it’s not about the cost of the mask or the inconvenience. Some people just like to say no.

Exactly. These types of people want all of the benefits of living in a society but don't want any of the personal responsibility that comes with it.

What part of “my body, my choice” do you statists not understand?

I don’t care what makes you feel safe. That’s not my concern.

When the subject is dealing with the spread of disease it's not just your body, but you do have a choice. Don't wear a mask; you don't get to be a customer. Congrats! Your pointless stubbornness has only affected you.

I wouldn't expect you to be the type of person to care for others unless it benefited you in some way

Oh? And what exactly is my kind? I'd be very interested to hear your in-depth and extremely accurate analysis...

I won't be patronizing any business that forces paying customers to follow silly rules like wearing a mask. Especially when non one in these stores has been wearing one for 6 weeks
Bingo!

MY money, MY rules.

See how long corporate America can hold out waiting on customers when other businesses will be glad to have us under our terms.

You are not protecting yourself by wearing a cloth mask. The mask gets the virus on the outside of the mask and when you inhale you breathe in the virus to your lungs. That is one of the reasons hospitals no longer use cloth mask.

It's not meant to. It's meant to help reduce the chance of a sick person spreading disease to other people...

Hospitals absolutely still use surgical masks...

well it is.

why should people care about other people. Other people who drink, smoke, eat 50 pounds worth of sugar a year who are 400 pounds.

you are right. It most likely is about some people do not have herd mentality like you do.
