Well it's not. See Gibbons v. Ogden, Compagnie Francaise de Navigation a Vapeur v. Louisiana Board of Health, etc. Try doing even the slightest bit of research before speaking...

I feel ya man. Same reason I quit going to the gun range; they require you to wear ear protection it’s fricking bullshite!

Edit; obviously this is sarcasm

"Surgical masks are made of a nonwoven fabric created using a melt blowing process."

Are we going to argue the semantics of cloth vs fabric, "you imbecile"?

"Cloth may be used synonymously with fabric but is often a piece of fabric that has been processed."

Because you’re firing a weapon in close proximity to your ears. It actually helps. A healthy person wearing a dish rag over their mouth doesn’t.

You always this obtuse?

I guess this is the end of the free samples in store. No more grazing as I shop.

Well that's how Supreme Court cases work "fricktard". But I wouldn't expect you to know what legal precedent is... You also seem to have conveniently ignored the second case I mentioned.

Won't do anything until the check out clerk changes their PPE between customers.

Spread from one customer to the next at checkout!

The Costcos in my area closed all but 1 checkout lane and ask customers to use the self checkout kiosks. Those get wiped down after each customer

Yeah if you are leaving this exception then good luck enforcing it on everyone else. People with health issues such as COPD don't exactly carry a card stating there health issues.

I don't shop at COSTCO, but I have a feeling that this BS will be all over. Where does this stop? I don't even have a mask.

Super, lines are already long. I'll pull a bandana over my nose when inside and continue going on my weekly Costco trips. Have fun at Walmart

I don't have a problem with businesses making their own policies and requiring masks. That being said, I will not go back to Costco until they lift the policy. I wonder if Sam's has a similar policy and if not, will this will increase their business?

Uhh, no. I pay a little extra to not get Walmart quality items. Why would temporarily wearing some sort of face covering change that?

Not that I shop at Costco,

But “Sorry, I have asthma and struggle to breathe through a mask” is all it takes

What is the purpose besides not wanting to look like a lameass like the majority of shoppers?
