But they were Benadryl, nothing more. Please don't tarnish this man's pristine reputation with your false facts.

Call me when 50+ people come forward saying I raped them in the exact same way.

All it takes is one person making up the story and the other 56 just copy the story. This isn't difficult.

People "routinely" get convicted and sent to jail when there isn't proof beyond a reasonable doubt?

That doesn't make it right.

Come on, man... In the deposition from years ago concerning this allegation, he said this:

quote:

A: I don't hear her say anything. And I don't feel her say anything. And so I continue and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. I am not stopped.

Then when asked if he ever took Quaaludes after saying he gave them to women he wanted to have sex with, he said "no" because they made him "sleepy." Well, no shite, Bill...

Sounds like locker room talk, not enough to convict a statesman like Bill Cosby with.

That's not very good for Bill, is it

I agree he probably did it. Maybe not all 50 but he likely did something. I still don't like the idea of charges coming from the distant past. That's why most crimes have a statute of limitation. The defendant is left defenseless.

Mistrial vs Innocent is a big difference. Still I would have hung the jury too. I just don't believe he raped and drugged every one of those women and that's was what the jury was asked to convict him on.
